Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Unlimited* website, buy from the Unlimited* online store, or sign up for Unlimited* Mobile, Home, TV or All. Unlimited* Sdn. Bhd., Level 8, Unlimited* House, 1 Jalan Contoh, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, provides the website and services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to buy from the store or hold an Unlimited* account. Plan sign-up needs a valid MyKad or passport, an identity check and, for postpaid plans, a credit check.

2. Prices

Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia and include taxes. Store prices apply at the time you place the order. Plan prices may change with 30 days' written notice; if a change raises your monthly price during a contract, you may cancel without an early termination fee within those 30 days.

3. Buying devices

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch email. Before then we may cancel an order for stock or pricing errors and refund it in full.
Delivery, returns and refunds follow the Shipping policy and Refund policy.
Orders of RM500 or more can be paid at 0% interest over 6, 12, 24 or 36 months with a credit card from a participating Malaysian bank. The instalment agreement is between you and your bank.
Devices carry the manufacturer's 12-month warranty. Device Protection, if added, follows its own terms on the Device Protection page.

4. Plans

Unlimited* Home and Unlimited* All run for a 24-month minimum term. Unlimited* Mobile and Unlimited* TV taken on their own run month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
You may cancel any plan within 14 days of activation or installation for a full refund of plan charges.
Cancelling Home or All before the minimum term ends carries an early termination fee of RM300 or 50% of the remaining monthly fees, whichever is lower.
Routers and mesh nodes remain Unlimited* property. Return them within 14 days of cancellation, or an unreturned equipment charge of RM200 per item applies.
Unlimited data on every Mobile plan and Extra line is subject to the Mobile fair usage policy.

5. Bills and payment

Bills are issued monthly on your bill date and are due within 14 days. Services may be barred after 14 days overdue and suspended after 30 days overdue, and are restored within 1 hour of full payment.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Unlimited* services or the website to break Malaysian law, send spam, resell connectivity, run servers on Home plans that degrade the network for others, or interfere with our systems. We may suspend a service that breaks this section after notice, or immediately where the law or network safety requires it.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Outside those rights, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss.
