Yes. You can cancel Unlimited* Mobile, Home, TV or All within 14 days and receive a full refund of the plan charges you paid. The 14 days start at activation for Mobile and TV, and at installation for Home and All.

What you return
Home customers return the router and any mesh node within 14 days of cancelling. We book a free courier collection. Unreturned items carry a RM200 charge per item.

Chat with us and say which service you want to cancel. Ported numbers can be ported out to another provider before cancelling.
