Your bill arrives on the same day each month and is due 14 days later. Plan charges are billed one month ahead, and usage charges such as top-ups and Day Passes are billed for the month just ended.

Your first bill
The first bill covers the part month from activation to your first bill date, plus the full month ahead, so it is higher than later bills.
