An upgrade starts straight away, and your next bill charges the price difference only for the days left in the current cycle. A downgrade starts on your next bill date, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Worked example
Moving from Mobile Lite (RM39) to Mobile Plus (RM69) with 15 of 30 days left in the cycle:
- Price difference: RM69 minus RM39 = RM30.
- Days left: 15 of 30, which is half the cycle.
- Prorated charge on the next bill: RM15.
- From the following cycle, you pay RM69.
