Yes. You keep your number by porting it during sign-up, and the switch completes within 2 working days. Your old SIM keeps working until the moment it switches.
What you need
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Number | Active, and registered in your name with your current provider |
| ID | The same MyKad or passport registered with your current provider |
| Old account | Do not cancel it yourself. The port closes it for you |
Postpaid numbers with an outstanding bill or a contract at your current provider can still port, but that provider may bill you for the balance or an early termination fee.
Steps
- Choose "Bring my number" when you sign up in chat.
- Give the number and confirm your ID through the secure link.
- Your Unlimited* eSIM arrives by email. Install it but keep your old SIM in place.
- When the port completes, your old SIM loses signal and we send an SMS to your Unlimited* line. Restart your phone.
