How do I activate my eSIM?

Your eSIM arrives as a QR code by email after your identity check, and activation takes about 5 minutes. Every iPhone and Pixel in our store supports eSIM.

iPhone

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM.
  3. Choose Use QR Code and scan the code in the email.
  4. Label the line "Unlimited*" and set it as your default for data.

Pixel

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Add SIM.
  3. Choose Download a SIM instead and scan the code.
  4. Turn on the Unlimited* SIM and set it for mobile data.

Good to know

  1. Each QR code works once. If the install fails, chat with us and we send a new code.
  2. Moving to a new phone? Ask in chat for an eSIM transfer before you reset the old phone.
  3. Prefer a physical SIM? Ask in chat and we courier one free within 3 to 5 business days.
