Delivery costs RM15 per order anywhere in Malaysia and takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day.

Missed delivery
The courier tries 3 times on 3 business days. After the third attempt, the parcel comes back to us and we refund the order in full, including the RM15 fee.
eSIMs for Mobile plans arrive by email, and Home routers arrive with your installer, so neither carries a delivery fee.
