You can return a device for a full refund within 7 days of delivery if the box is unopened and the seals are intact. A device that is faulty when it arrives is replaced with the same model after a 2 working day check.

How to return
- Chat with us and give your order number.
- We confirm the return and book a free courier collection from your delivery address.
- We check the device within 2 working days of receiving it.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method in 7 to 14 working days after approval.
Exchanges
To change colour or storage on an unopened device, return it within 7 days and place a new order. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we can cancel and reorder in chat. Details: Cancel or change a device order
